100 meter Run/Walk/ Roll, open to all ages
This event will give our friends with special needs the opportunity to experience the thrill of competition. Come be a part of it!

Become a Team Captain. Raise money for our patients by recruiting a team from your church, business, or friend group. The team with the most participants wins a prize! This form is to be used to turn in the names of all team members; however, each team member must also complete a registration form or register online.
