From Atlanta: Take I-85 South from Atlanta. Take Exit #64 – Union City/ Jonesboro. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Hwy 138 heading toward Jonesboro. Go 1.1 miles crossing through the Oakley Industrial Blvd. intersection (traffic light) and then turn right onto Buffington Road at the traffic light. After passing Christian City on the left, Buffington becomes Lester Road. Southwest Christian Care is on the right just past Christian City.
